Registered architect with over 20 years of experience on large scale, office buildings, multi family residential, hotels, k-12 and higher educational facilities. His expertise includes project management responsibilities as well as those of lead architect, from beginning programming to ordinances and construction building permitting processes, as well as a clear understanding of architectural design combined with project budgeting and client needs. He delivers projects that fulfill and exceed expectations
Luis J. Guevara II
Firm Principal
A registered architect with over 20 years experience in sectors such as k-12, higher education, medical, and mercantile. Has extensive experience leading large scale projects to successful completion from initial planning stages through construction. He has great passion for design and is dedicated to safety and aesthetics in all his building designs.
Emma A. Reyes
Project Manager
Registered architect in Mexico, with over 13 years of experience in industrial, commercial, medical and office buildings in projects on both sides of the borderline. Her experience working from Schematic Design through As-Built Plans combined with her collaboration on the Civil Engineering projects for City of El Paso, El Paso Water and coordination with Texas Department of Transportation and permitting process complement her professional performance to deliver.
Gabriela Quinonez
Architectural Designer
Registered architect in Mexico, with over five years of experience in Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, Rhino, and 3D modeling. One year of experience in commercial, medical and business building projects. Obtained Bachelors degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2019.
Michael Axel Rivera
Architectural Technologist
A recent graduate from EPCC with an Associate in Architecture. He obtained his Revit for Architecture certification in high school and has been using the software for 4 years. He has 3 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimensions and Enscape as well as 2 years of experience using Rhino 6 and 7 to create ideal renderrings and 3D models for clients.
